In this seminar, former Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations and Deputy Executive Director of UNICEF, Kul Gautam, will discuss his recently published book, Lost in Transition: Rebuilding Nepal from the Maoist Mayhem and Mega Earthquake (nepa~laya, 2015).
